eBay and Craigslist finds

Gijs sold these frames in the beginning of the carbon era, 1990-1995.
Friend of mine has had a couple of these C4.
Not 100% satisfied, but he had a good relationship with Gijs, so it worked out quite well.
But adjustment of 8spd STI. It was a nightmare if you had no clue, no tools and no spare parts.
Al least, try to run teflon liners front to rear in case you're going to use brifters.
