And we need to let the other groups know. There are a lot of guys from the other compasses that know and love the baby SEs... A lot of those boys and girls would love to be there.

Yes there may be some coming in but i think it would just be best to buy a 25pack or something pack of laminating paper, especially as i now own the old office laminator. I don't mind picking a pack up, anything it costs will get donated back into LFGSS anyway so happy days all round :-) This may increase the value of a spoke card however...

No beers for me this week, I have a work 'thing' on. There will be beers there... but it's not quite SEs.

Idea for SE Birthday event...

Was thinking maybe make this a weekend "ride" with a tour of a few pubs in SE London? Could be something like start at the Roebuck and end at the Old Salt Quay (Rotherhithe) as it has an epic view over the thames and is a massive place with beer garden if its not too cold :-) That way we have sort of done a loop and we're only 1.5miles from London Bridge and about the same North of the OKR.

Any thoughts or ideas on pubs?

and OSR loses the 'who's going to cave and bump the first' competition, with spybot coming in a close second. Yet to challenge lynx for the record, however, with his sterling the day before effort last week.

You're forgetting that no-one at SE's actually rides their bike.

Plus, you know, rides are for losers. I just want to sit in a pub, eat something tasty, and drink just enough to be able get home in one (bruised) piece.

I normally bump this! I only just woke up tho so fair game. I like the idea of a weekend pub crawl, now just to work out the logistics!
