how can you tell? i mean, aesthetically it looks alright but that dent on the dt looked pretty nasty, no?
IMHO dents are overrated. unless the straightness of the frame is affected by the dents.
it's not like the frame is going to suddenly snap because of them.
a lot of these ex-keirin frames come with various sized dents, but people buy them and ride the shit out of them all over the world.
and i think the price reflects this history anyways.

Example is Eddie's (?) Nagasawa. Major dent on the TT, still a fully operational bike.
I'm a bit more picky, had them rolled and filled. Still, it was only a (2) dent.
