I've measured the "Max size" De Rosa Pista from the previous page (not in real, I measured the picture, so it's not very precise).

Seat tube c/t = 68 to 71 cm
Seat tube c/t = 63.5 to 66.5 cm without the extension
Seat tube c/c = 62 to 65 cm with the lowered top tube

Ha, funny how you say "Max size". Looks and sounds absolutely spot on for me.
