I envy this. I could really do with a surf right now. Old van, a few boards in the back, mates, road, summer.... fuck work!
back on topic. I'm a designer/art director creative type and freelancing. I love the idea of what I do but ultimately I whore myself to paying jobs, not the satisfying ones. I suspect it'll be this way until i finally crack, move back to aus and start illustrating books, esp. tacky covers for sci fi novels. Then I'll prob be happy.
Point> try new things, don't be scared. At least life will be interesting.
