I wore the usual this morning, roubaix (brushed/furry interior) leggings with some civvy shorts over the top (they don't add any warmth, I just need the pockets, and get fewer weird looks from non-cyclists). If you're legs are still cold in roubaix gear then spin faster! On top I had a HH base layer and a snowboarding jacket. For gloves I had decalthon liners and some ordinary autumn/spring long finger mtb gloves. Warm.
I've got to agree with konijn on the snowboard jacket- really waterproof, a bit longer over the bum, mine's got zips under the arms for when you overheat, it's brilliant. And also a snowskirt to stop powder going down your pants :)
