Could be true, but it's better to measure it in real.
Someone tried to measure some dimensions from the picture, e.g. seat tube, top tube and rim diameter and did some calculations? Cannot be that difficult.
Who's going to buy something like that anyway and not picking it up personally?
The good thing is, it's easy to chop the s/t and h/t to more decent sizes.
But still, for a 60.5 t/t you've got to be pretty tall (although I'm riding a 58cm with a 14cm stem myself, so I could ride it with a 11 cm stem.
It'll look horrible.
