Me, yesterday. Was late for a swimming session and in my rush forgot to swap my tools from one bag to the other. Halfway there I got a flat and had to sling my bike over my shoulder and run the rest of the way cyclocross style-y. The swim session finished at 2230 and I had an hours walk home in the freezing cold, resulting in me missing the supermarket and having nothing to eat for dinner.
I haven't had a flat on the road in about 2 years, and the first time I go out without tools...
Balls.
