Not exactly a current project but, winter is upon us and I finally crumbled and bought myslef a winter/commuter bike (hangs head in shame), as my summer bike just not going to survive the winter if it's anything like last year... after much searching etc and seeing what i can do with my cyclescheme I got this:

Humm sorry for massive pic...downsized it loads but alas it's still having e off! Anyway full Sram, hydro discs, light as feck, just switching pedals to my shimano clips and it's done...rides like a dream and should keep me going for the winter :)
