Frame arrived but it's going straight back - apparently a Mercian in 'very good condition' and 'with nothing to worry about' includes rust, bubbling, scratches, a dent and swathes of non matching touch up paint. I'll keep an eye on the ebay pages and warn anyone off that takes an interest, as in theory it's a nice frame.
Anyway, I'm out for now.
