I've got a really short commute now too so i do the cycle attire equivalent of the mullet. it's business up top (ironed shirt/jumper under cycling jacket) and fakenger down below (cycling shorts/manky old jeans/cycling shoes). Keep trousers, jacket, smart coat and shoes in a changing room/locker whatever at work.

Cycling equivalent of the mullet it is for me as well then!
