If I remember well, it's 26.4mm. Not sure though.
All Trophy frames should have the same size, because they all have 3 main tubes Reynolds 531 plain gauge.
I could check the Champion Mondial ladies mixte in my garage witrh the same seat tube.
Also, Tour de l'Avenir has the same seattube.
Perhaps 26.4mm seat post doesn't fit in your frame, because the lug/tube has been squeezed a bit. E.g. because someone has udes a seat post that was too thin.
