thats a long stem, what size a human would suit this build?
-
• #3
Long stem is often paired up with an inline seatpost, to maintain reach whilst the body's rotated forward over the BB, init.

What he says ^ plus you can out a shorter one on simples
-
• #5
^or shallower (and therefore usually shorter reach) bars :)

You gotta love how he's lined up the script on the tyres with the emblems on the wheels and then posed it so they all line up in the shot.Gives a clue that it will have been built with an eye for detail.(either that or a touch of ocd ! )

thats a long stem
It's a short frame, if I'm reading it right; 59cm seat tube and 58cm top tube, so I'd expect to see a 12-13cm stem for somebody of average build and the height to require a 24" frame.

Just kidding.
OK just finished this built with quality parts the frame is 531 tubing with really nice lugs and freash powdercoat its light and feels really nice to ride, headset is a good tange one rebuilt the wheels are a real track set, not like the cheap ones on ebay and are fuji with fuji hubs running really nice and smooth front is machined for a brake,I have also drilled the fork for a modern brake, the seat post is new as is the leather seat, drivetrain is 105 cranks brand new with octalink BB for great power transfer a 45T track ring rear is 15 so a great gear for bobbing about, also fitted is a new track chain running very smooth with near to no noise, and no toe overlap.
