Stem is a Cinelli XA and bars are some ITM hexagonal weird bullhorn thing but very comfortable.
The bars will be for sale soon too. -

Will you split?
I need a down-tube and some chain-stays, for a project.
Roy Cottingham track TT lo pro frame set. Made from 531 Designer Select which was produced between 1981 and 1989. This frame set was made circa 1990.
In his youth, Roy Cottingham was a first category road racer and at the age of 19 was invited to be part of the Tour of Britain team (which he had to decline so as not to miss exams to get into university). In the mid 1980s, he was one of the founding members of the League International, an alternative road racing association to the British Cycling Federation, which offers (among other things) age-related championships. After coming out of retirement he continued until his death in 1998 to build frames mainly from home in his shed.
This frame is a complete one off aero lo pro TT track frame set. 120mm rear spacing 100mm front spacing
Built for 700c wheel on the rear with an intergrated headset in the steering tube with amazing aero forks made for a 24" front wheel.( could possibly change the forks to 650c)
Seat tube and top top tube ctc 60cm
Pictures show frame with wheels and stem/bars which are not included in the sale they are to show how it looks built up.(but the original owner told me there was a stem made for the frame if i receive it i will pass it on free to the new owner)
Own a piece of unique cycling history. Looking for (((((((((((((SOLD))))))))))))
Dibs followed by PM's please ( any serious offers/questions via PM please)
