I'm going to be selling a 90s Dawes 531st cyclo-x frame soon.
Seat Tube (ctt): 55cm (21.5in)
Top Tube (ctc): 52.5cm (20.75in)
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 700C - I managed to squeeze a 38c cyclo-x tyre on the rear, so it should take a normal/non-deep treaded 38c on the rear. The pic is with 25c front and 28c rear to give an idea of clearances.
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
It has a dent filled on the top tube, hence the undercoat spray on the tube. It has braze-on mounts for cantilever or V-brakes. New Stronglight neadle headset.
It doesn't have braze-ons for mudguards or racks, Vaz quoted me £5 per braze-on. So thats about £30.
Looking for £90.
I planned to get the mounts put on and go for a rough looking tourer/cyclo-x. But sadly I can't afford to build it now... I'd love to see it get properly build up.
That'd be good but I'm afear'd it's too small. Thanks anyway
