Spotted...

About eight police on bikes in Richmond Park this morning, generally being nice to cyclists and pulling lots of cars over.

Also spotted icicles on my eyelashes and the loss of feeling in my fingers and toes on lap two... Only then to get into work to find that hotwater and heating wasn’t working. Nice.

The police speed-gunned me going round regents park.. I actually stopped them and asked for my speed :)

Did it have a very loud freewheel? if so then possibly sumo

I have no idea - it's bloody noisy with all the road works on that road at the moment!
