Looks like it has an guide for drilling but not actually drilled? Too clean to be filled (and why bother leaving it like that, you'd make it flush surely?)

Also, the card thing on the rear bridge is going to flap in the spokes, surely.

It's a road shell, presumably the guides are integral and it's a microfusion cast shell. Probably better than the available plain options. Just another of those cases where road bikes get the advanced technology and track bikes stay old fashioned or adapt road kit for the track.

saw them at the eurobike this year in friedrichshafen, next to the road version.
they looked absolutely identical, just track ends for the pista. a shame and overpriced.

why on earth are so many Trek Madones selling on gumtree for such low prices? They all seem to have relatively good descriptions and stuff..

that top one is ridiculously cheap... may as well give it away!
