Can't remember now, I did think I might read up then get a few people in the office to do it and average out the results. But just read this bit from your link:

Put your glasses on so that they are comfortable and steady. Ask your friend to stand opposite you and mark on your lenses the position of your pupils with a non permanent marker.

So might just do that.
