Did you run that gearset though? DA with 600!?

    Yeah, c'mon Gav.

  • Cranks are the road gold standard of 172.5. Those of you with freakishly long grasshopper legs perfectly suited to slow roundhouse kicks need not apply...

  • ...effing tempted to put the DA on my mercian instead of chorus...

ahh. why does campagnolo have such an illogical attraction when I know Dura ace will work better?

    Vanity. Snobbery. Ego.

    ????

  • Vanity. Snobbery. Ego.

    ????

Maybe. Or the heritage. The Italian panache. The amazing food, the countryside, the beautiful women.

Mario Cipolini rocking the Brikos in a gladiator outfit even...

Shimano? Superior performance but lacking in the more abstract qualities that dreams are made of. At least to my little magpie eyes ;)

  • Any chance you'd split the BB out of this group? Bizzare request I know but I'm having a bloody hard time trying to find an Italian threaded BB for my 7400 group

  • If anyone wants the group for £165 minus the BB you can have that for £15.

I imagine there is a big chance whoever buys it will want an English BB anyway. It seems most people with Italian frames are more interested in the *abstract qualities that dreams are made of.... ;)

*To be honest I'm surprised that there has been no interest as I think it's a really good price.

  • Can't believe these haven't gone yet...
