600 Ultegra (or tricolour as you've described) didn't come in 5 speed nor 6 speed, it was introducede in 1988 & were 7 & latterly 8 speed cassettes I believe.
Seatpost is the older 600 series SP-6400
Stem is HS-6400
Rear derailleur is designated RD-6401
