There's a guy I've seen at jumbles who has masses of spare parts in these great wooden trays. That's the guy you need ... I saw him at a jumble in Kent.
It never pays to be in a hurry to do what you are doing. Maybe best to build another wheelset for now, and hunt for the parts you need in a leisurely fashion.
