One family ownership since my sister bought it new back in the early 1970s. This is the Barcelona model; not the Mexico-made version. QWERTY keyboard. Lovingly maintained and in full working condition: great action, smooth return springs and ratchets, no sticky keys. Great patina and complete with the original valeting brush set! No nasty cracks or breakages, rubber case bungs in exc condition, etc. The ink ribbon is perfectly servicable but l suggest a new one. I have used this for typing short personal letters, paper abstracts and song lyrics - no cut-n-paste so great for committing your thoughts down on to paper! Fabulous, tactile machine!

Assuming UK mainland, cheapest l have found so far is via parcelflight for £12.
Rough guess at a 50x50x40cm package weighing 8kg.

I seem to remember a thread about cheap postal services for bikes, but l can't find it. If you can come up with a better/cheaper solution, let me know.

No reply from sotokai so you have next option on BB. What cranks/frame are you running? Might be worth checking the transmission database thread. Pm me if still interested.
