You should have read further! Wilco only do wide-ass rims, no 23 mm ones (I'm presuming that's what you'd want).
I doubt you'll get any "fixed-specific" hubs or anything, not cheap anyway. Just DIY.
Have a look at our pals in Cambridge, they sell some fixie stuff: http://www.outspokencycles.co.uk/

Or we could build you a set of fixie wheels. Planet x hubs, Halo spokes and Rigida (hard as fuck) DP-18 rims for just over £100 per pair. Available in Black or Silver... Dope!

How much? I need some wheels for another build up... Gonna build a cheap ride... Wanna hook it up?

Don't know. Was thinking of putting the beater bike on eBay. Could do with the cash for the new bike.

Well I got a road frame, risers, brakes, pedals, cranks... Pretty much everything bar wheels. How dya fancy going in on it as a joint venture. Start it off @ £150 and go halfs on whhhatever is made? As long as it sells you will get at least £75. This will put money into my kitty towards Gems bike!

Awesome, so what's exact price? Planet x pista track hub by any chance? Machined or non machined rims?
Cheers for the help by the way :)

Just looking for a cheap 700c wheelset. Black machined would be fine, either pista or on-one hub.

'Shit to one side, forgot a cassette is another word for a large selection of rear wheel sprockets! A bmx hub is called a cassette hub due to it having pawls and teeth inside the driver (the bit, I asume that the sprockets go on) but just one cog!'....??????????????
bmx use single speed hubs, not cassette, and utilise one rear freewheel cog, ie the screw on part has cog and free/single speed mechanism in one...... cassette hub has the freewheel mechanism built into the hub, and the ( various )gearing cogs slide and lock on to the hub, and are just cogs and spacers.
