I didn't contact argos directly, i got the quote from their website. this is what bob jackson sent when I inquired.

Hi there, I have a surly steamroller (4130 cromo) which has developed a crack in the seattube (at the top bottle cage braze on). The frame is not lugged. Can you please quote for a seat-tube replacement and respray, including shipping to/from London.
