I would take the crankset and pedals if you want to split?

I would be interested in the wheels if you split.

If it's a joy to ride, surely you can run the BJ as a geared?

+1
give it some 27 inch wheels and some period parts. should be doable for around £100
I have some 70s dura ace bits also if you need (deraileurs and shifters), and maybe a chainring depending on bcd.

That was the dream, I have instead opted for a more modern geared bike that I'm happy for.

I purchased this a year ago from http://www.lfgss.com/thread28464.html. I have decided to ride a geared bike throughout the winter and cannot afford to keep this bike as well. The frame I believe is from the 1960's and has been converted to a fixed gear bike. A list of the components are below.
-Bob jackson 53cm frame (circa 1960's)
-Mavic open pro 32h on miche primato hubs both true although there is some -brake rub on the front.
-Campagnolo GS strada 170mm cranks
-MKS sylvan pedals and cages
-Brown turbo saddle, pretty tatty but will include a brown charge spoon seat
-Front dirty harry brake atatched to generic risers but will include some cinelli drops.
Its a shame to have to sell it as it is a joy to ride. £300
Sorry the photos are rubbish, I will take some better ones later when my girlfriend gets home with the camera.
