-5C and inch thick ice up here. Bloody lovely. I love it when the temperature gets past that nasty wet 0C area, and falls past -5C, and the air dries out.

The kiddie trailer added a fair bit of needed weight on the rear wheel. Though it did swing out in the corners some. Maybe I should shift out the wheels for skates?

Incidently I am covered from head to toe in bruises due the sudden onset of winter.

Not being able to resist some, nighttime, mountain running. I went out friday night with my headtorch, only to twist my ankle and roll down a steep rock face into some bushes.

I had loud heavy metal on my Ipod, I was spining quite fast, so was disorientated, and the rock face appeared 'strobed' by my headtorch.

It was very much like a very painfull rock gig TBH.
