If you can stretch your budget upwards to £150 I have this MIPA track frame which I am planning to sell. ST 59cm C-T, TT 57cm C-C. Wheels not included, but headset, BB and seatpost are. Let me know if you're interested and I can send more pictures and info. Thanks.
