Interesting idea... imagine the smell on a wet day with all the lycra drying out...

I'm pretty sure she was only was excited because we don't have showers here and colleagues are fed up of my wet bile kit drying out over a foot heater.

Yeah in the office where I'm freelancing there isn't a shower and the wash in the basin trick is not really doing it for me... Might give this a try!

I retired from tri anyway.. But a "cycle" gym is pure fucking win. Underground parking. Showers. Lockers. 2 minutes from where I work.

hm..so i guess if you want to change into dry clothes in the evening you need to get the extra
laundry service or carry a second set of clothes. they will not dry in the locker.

So 33 quid to have a shower and get changed. Extra to hire a locker and extra for bike parking. And I'd guess spinning classes would be extra as well.. It looked so promising for a while..

Yeah wtf - I don't want to piss around with 'optional extras' . I want the whole thing in one lump and I want that lump to be no more than the cost of a normal gym membership.

I made the mistake of including my signature in an email request for details and promptly got a irritating sales call trying to upsell me to a 'company rate' or something. I only wanted to know how much it would be for me.

Hmm.. 100% agree.. TBH I'd probably never use the "conditioning gym". Although I'd like to do spin classes but if that's extra as well then, meh.

I mailed them but got no response so far. Maybe because I didn't say where I worked..
