No*. There is an ongoing discussion about how far O'Bree would have gone if he'd used the right wheels. I'm sure chrobin has gone for the Hed/Specialized wheels in tribute to O'bree, not because they are the best choice.
*Well, probably no. According to Hed, their 3-spoke is actually slightly better than a Jet Disc at yaw of less than 5°, although it's not clear what the test protocol was. Translational drag might be slightly smaller, but it also takes some power to rotate the wheel which most wind tunnel tests ignore
