Fixed for £350

I recently had a few bikes nicked from my garage. I've since found out that I was only insured upto a max of £350 per bike, so I'll lose money there.

However, it does mean I get to buy some replacements. I'd like to get a fixed but am new to this game and don't know which makes/models are well regarded.

If you had £350 to spend, what would you buy?
