I'm leaving London in a few weeks, so my room will soon be available to rent.
Double room in a fully furnished 2br flat (shared with another couple) in an apartment complex in Drayton Park, Highbury (N5) opposite the Emirates Stadium.
Bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe plus shelving. The other couple has an ensuite so the main bathroom is all yours.
The apartment has a balcony and a KILLER shared rooftop area with BBQs.
5 mins walk to Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly line), 3 mins from Drayton Park overground (10 mins to Moorgate) or 15 minutes walk to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line). Close to loads of buses to west end or the City, including night buses.
The building has a locked downstairs garage for storing bikes.
Rent is £542pcm plus council tax (~£70pcm) and bills for Virgin TV/Internet/Phone (~£15), plus deposit.
Room is available from December 6th.
