Thanks GA2G. I had no thoughts when I posted that link. I "saw the article and thought of you" and this thread :-).
I'm aiming to buy the D-lock sold in that Camberwell shop, when I stop spending on other bike-related stuff and remember to go there on a Saturday. I think it's time to increase my D-lock collection.
My hybrid has a rack so the locks go in a pannier. Gives the legs a good workout, that's for sure!
