I enjoyed a steady 15-20mph tailwind all the way in today; 9 miles of slightly soggy riding bliss.
Riding over Waterloo Bridge in complete silence not even disturbed by wind rushing in my ears was great. Looking at the southbound carriageway and the poor sods giving me a preview of journey home, not so much.
And Endura MTB500 overshoes are amazing.
