the one thing that was difficult though was when a team went 3/4 goals ahead. We managed to bring it close to 1 ahead before it went to them being 6 ahead. Thats when you want your coach to not play and to tactically switch players often. Players switched mostly after a goal, so there was no point when a captain used there own players footdown as an advantage, quick quick like. Your player dabs, he's knackered, throw someone on immidietaly and get the other off. Practise i guess. I was lucky though i got lots of court time, some people on our team got very little, but mostly because they didnt play great.
