I really like the bench minor format, as mentioned before the comraderie is awesome. The strategies and plays are fun.
Most definitely a city vs city bench minor would be awesome. (seeing as we have such a large community, nothing saying that we couldn't have more than one team from each city)
Pick players by the draft system with elected captains.
We were talking about it in the orwell the other night and i definitely think i could see a move towards tournament format being bench minor and pick up format being regular polo, purely from a spectators (non polo fan boy) point of view, i think it would be more fun to watch.
