since mdcc_tester haven't responded yet, I'll tell you that bullhorns are the bars designed for lo-pro bikes, and the hand position is pretty much similar to riding drops on a bike with regular geometry. By using stem which would be parallel to the ground, and not squashing it all the way in you could achieve more or less ridable position on tops. IME...
