Hey, looking at the more close up pic of the frame, how many of the blemishes will come off with a clean, or are they all rust?
Cheers

Asamasa: of what you can see in the picture, it's generally small rust spots or chips, not dirt.
honestdom: will PM you shortly, not been in most of today.
scaptcha: will let you know if it's still available after honestdom has a look at it.
Cheers all

Mafac brakes?! Simplex LJ!?
The rear derailieur (if it's a SImplex LJ) go for silly money on ebay (£75 average), hell I saw a groupset go for £150.
The Mafac also go for silly money, usually because (like the Simplex LJ), they're reliable and powerful, I've seen them go for £50ish.
Mate, you got a decent little bike.

honestdom, if you do get let, please let me know so I can buy the groupset and brake off you.
This is now sold
I'm selling this Peugeot mixte ladies bike as it needs a fair bit of work doing which I don't have time to give it.
I wouldn't describe it as rideable at the moment. The cables need replacing, the derailleurs aren't set up properly (as you can tell from the pics) and it needs new tyres. Most urgently the stem needs lowering as it's been raised well above the minimum insertion line.
When I bought it I suspected that the forks were slightly bent back, and I think they are, although it's not that easy to tell. I have no idea whether it affects the handling and/or if they can be bent back.
With that in mind I'm asking
£30SOLD. Collection from Hackney / Lower Clapton. Sold as seen so I'm happy for people to view it before committing to buy.Cheers
