massive issue^^ i hear ya
there are questions being asked about the efficacy of the whole system in Westmonster, as like so many things started with the best intentions it goes so far in the wrong direction.
Got 5 I think at present, nother one on the way, agree with lots of what you say,
a couple of years ago some of the voluntary organisations looked at the effect it has had on numbers- to the massive detriment of volunteering overall.
the thing that gets me the most is that it is Crapita, the company that is contracted to manage it for Westmonster, raking the cash in from administration.
