Hot new trends in cycling

So the vogue for fixed/ss has given way to geared bikes as fashion's changing face moves on. Where will this particular cycle lane lead to I wonder? What's the natural progression for cycling's fashionista's once the geared imperative reaches it's zenith?

Couple of points.

1. Geared bikes have never been 'in vogue'. Most bike are geared. Most bike races are raced on geared bikes. There is no 'geared imperative' (fucking awful phrase BTW). There is no zenith for it to reach.

2. Fashion can fuck right off.
