I brought a new car, it has made me very happy, I needed to share my thoughts.

brm, don't want the hassle from cops, EPA, thieves etc. want a nicely modified car but looks stock or even boring. don't do stuff on the st, leave it to the track. never been into big stereo's, leather seats etc.

I just purchased a 1989 Porshce 944S2
Man can the thing move. Sticks to the road like glue too.
Engine in the front, gearbox at the rear. Perfect weight distribution. I hit 120 on the motorway on the way home without any effort. I'm sure it will be the death of me :)

I wouldn't have thought that you can get a bike into that--surely at least you have to take the front wheel off?

Oh yes, but I had to take the front wheel off it to fit it into a VW Polo beforehand.

A hemi. Drag racing was forever changed when this engine was released. It's with coil pack ingnition too - was wondering where the dizzy got to. That's a sweet early 60's dodge polara(?) as well.

I cheated. Looked to me like a newish Corvette motor. Despite the reflection I could make out the Volvette on the twin turbos. Google that and you will see it's twin turbos laced to a GM LS1 motor and packed into Volvo 740 estate for more. Not for me.
