It's a frame similar to Trim Trophy, Race Trophy, Cross Trophy and Randonneur Trophy.
All with Reynolds 531 plain gauge main tubes and regular steel forks and stays.
Lower / curved top tube to accomodate bullhorn bars or typical (Scott) tria bars.
Short head tube, top tube a bit shorter than race/trim and cross trophy.
For two 28" wheels.
Only sold as frame set, not as a complete bike.
