call the guy and suggest he does a slightly thinner weight. i'd prefer thinner oil myself and mentioned it to him a while back. maybe more people should tell him.
by the way, do you ever clean your chain? its always better to clean it first before you re lube it. i know that other synthetics dont seem to need it but its because its washed off into fishes instead of staying put like the green oil does. clean then lube and the oil is great.
