Coincidentally, I was nearly side swiped by a minicab matching your description at about 5.30pm on Grays Inn Road tonight. Cab changed into left lane without indicating whilst I was in primary and obviously didn't see me lit up like an xmas tree...
I managed to evade as something about his driving focussed my attention on what he was planning to do...strange how you can sometimes have a sixth sense for these things.

Hope the guy is alright. I fear this will happen a lot in the winter, I cant help but think that the lights on Boris Bikes are too low to be seen in congested traffic.

what appear to be a hit from behind by a I Become Death taxi, black Mercedes (I think) MPV (rear wheel indented but still standing on it's kickstand) when going past Northington Street, which is pretty known for a series of near misses having witnesses them.
Bloke appear to be fine, he was sitting on kerbs talking to the polices.
