I'd love to get the tweed out for this ride but unfortunately I will be busy. I think the cars set off from Hyde park cnr.

Oliver is a big fan of this, seem to remember he likes to fly solo though.
You must be sick of riding to Brighton by now, Lynx?

A penny would be brilliant but doubt I could do it.
Not got a geared bike that would last at the moment braker as I have managed to damage all my rear derailleurs. Oh and it Ditchling village I get to, spend a few hours there then either go to brighton or just straight back.

It's looking good for the fourth run of this. And better weather than last year.
Full details of Lewisham Cyclists ride follows:
Yes, the initial meet time is a bit earlier than Tom Crispin's Brit School of Cycling probably rather slower ride. Tom is a Lewisham Cyclists as well.
Weather this year looking pretty good:

Shit! Not that there was any interest but I ended up doing this by myself, didn't see this thread and just happened to run into it on my morning spin. Spent the whole time smiling at all the awesome cars.
My favourite bit was passing a teenager (Who was probably getting a bit old to be riding it shotgun with his mum) who began swearing profusely as I overtook only to be met by the laughter of his mother!!
Was lovely weather and would 100% recommend this to anyone considering it next year. -

I'd did part of it on fixed. Failed to meet any of my mates from than lundan as I cycled from home and picked up the route just south of Crawley and peeled off for home at Ansty.
Glorious ride, great company/camaraderie and the veteran cars have appalling brakes.
Will give it a go next year and I'm so glad today's weather wasn't yesterday's!
