I object to the 'desensitized' nature of modern relations. Witness personal-injury lawyer adverts on TV - encouragingly they reassure us that 'we're real lawyers', so says the bloke that used to be in Eastenders. I should bloody well hope so. Rearguard action. Loopholes will be closed. The law doesn't like being made an ass of. There's constant work going on to improve the legal situation in this country. I can't comment on that in detail, though, as I'm a legal ignoramus, but I'm told it's going in broadly the right direction.

Every one who is facing criminal convictions should have a lawyer, I see nothing wrong with a law firm focusing on protecting drivers and it seems like it could be quite profitable for them. i'm sure you can find alot more of the internet to get mad at...

Equally, those in the wrong should hold up their hands, say sorry and take whatever punishment they deserve.
