I own one of those framesets too, used it converted to fixed gear and it was a very fast and responsive bike.
fork tubing is Tange 1.L and frame tubing is Tange too, don't know which one but probably equivalent to Tange 2 double butted.
seat stays are aero shaped as well, and the seat tube has a top round section long enough for a seatpost of course.
