My suggestions:
London Victoria to Redhill - Train @ 16:49 (17:22) or 17:21 (17:53) or 17:49 (18:21). Avoids all nasty roads in London, price £34.80 for 4 persons. Suggest 17:21 train; can get 17:49 if you miss it.
Redhill to Newhaven - Cycle 3 hours @ 12mph (pace 15mph in pitch black minus pee stops and punctures).

Newhaven to Dieppe - Ferry @ 23:00 (04:00)
Dieppe to Paris - Cycle, 04:30, arrival time approx 12:00 including pit stops
