if it's your first time get some comfy boots! salomon are usually really good just make sure you try on as many as you can.
i'd reccommend a second hand board, most of the time you can get ones that have been ridden for 2 weeks max. don't worry if it's not a beginner board.
missions are perfect for pretty much anything.
