Not quite Columbus, but I am thinking of selling my Pacer 60cm. Only had it a year but just bought a new project so could do with funds...
Frame in v.good nick, couple of thin surface scratches but it's probably only done about 500 miles. Would be looking for a bit more than your budget for frame-only though. Would sell for £200.
If you/anyone else was interested I would then have a silver Pacer fork with uncut steerer for £45, or both for £230 just to make my life easier.

I have a Reynolds 531 competition Dawes Audax Giro frame and forks. It's in working order and with all the requirements you state, however, it's a 22.5inch frame, I think that comes up as a 57/58cm.
It has some cosmetic scratches and the top tube has a quite a big one. The bottom bracket is currently still on as it's a pig to get off. (I don't necessarily have the right environment currently and don't really want to take it out in case I damage the frame, I have removed the plastic side but the drive side is proving a little more difficult)
Looking for around £70

Thanks for the offers, but I think I've sorted something via PM!
Cheers.
Due to the death of my regular frame, I am looking for a nice(ish) frame to chuck some existing quality components on. I am looking for a frame in the region of £100-150 of anyone has anything surplus, though this price is a little flexible.
I am ideally after something with the following:
-Steel (531 or Columbus)
-59/60cm seat tube
-Braze ons for friction shifters and rear mech
-I have something of a fetish for Italian road bikes, but I understand that may be somewhat out of my price range.
-Surface rust etc is fine, I am not bothered about cosmetic condition, and actually if that means more for the money, I usually respray everything anyway, although clean BB threads would be nice.
If anyone has any offerings vaguely fitting this bill I would be interested.
