  • No chocolate sucks big time pascalo.
I think it might have been this vid on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OArt3bQIEpU

I can't watch it so not too sure.

  • Peckham Rye. Brilliant. That new? Never seen it before. Must be up the hill and behind the cafe then?

  • You're grumpy because there's no chocolate in the house? And I'm the female here?
Well I can relate to that, no worries.

I think they might be in that kind of enclosed bit in the middle of the Rye?
Do not go after dark :(

  • After dark ... no way! After dark I am sleeping. Everyone from SE knows this.

Might make some custard to make up for the lack of chocolate.

Yeah, fairly new. Saw it on the news a few months ago. There's also a japenes garden and a formal (sexby) garden which i've never been to. Must go to peckham rye more often. I just usually end up in the clockhouse pub if i ever go near there

  • Well, I cross the Rye when I go to Lordship Lane Butchers every month or so ... but yeah, haven't spotted them so far.

  • Peckham Rye is awesome, apart from it being in Peckham. It's steeped in history and the garden is really nice. Mostly it's proximity to the clockhouse is a win for sure.

    Chocolate custard ftw Pascalo!

  • getting in trouble for starting a new thread is funny.
there is a running thread and a walking thread I think it's fair to have a pullups thread. i know this wasnt an official pullup thread just a where can i do pullups thread.

so if we want to keep bandwidth low should we not close and delete old threads once the questions were answered? or are they just there for archival purposes to bring up during popcorn arguments?

  • They must be really tucked away somewhere on the rye because I' cycle/walke/bus past the rye all the time and have never seen that outdoorgym

William Blake supposedly saw a tree full of angel's on peckham rye

  • There deffo aint any in burgess park. I live opposite and have been in there hundreds of times and never seen any

I have never been in Burgess Park so happy to defer to your judgement, but I do cycle down Albany Road relatively often on my way out to Richmond and beyond.

    Does this help: http://www.southwark.gov.uk/news/article/131/derelict_pub_becomes_gym_at_burgess_park?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
